Throughout my years as a Registered Nurse, I witnessed firsthand the difference that compassionate, attentive care can make in someone’s life. I also saw how often seniors were placed in environments that felt clinical, rushed, or impersonal.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Archer Haven Residences was created from my desire to blend professional nursing oversight with the warmth and elegance of a private home. I envisioned a residence where seniors are known personally, where care plans are thoughtfully guided by clinical expertise, and where families feel peace knowing their loved one is truly cared for.

As an RN, I understand the importance of:
